FOW is a tax-exempt public charity incorporated in Illinois in 2009 under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). Your contributions are deductible under Section 170 of the IRC, and FOW is qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, transfers or gifts under sections 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the IRC.
As a public charity committed to transparency and efficiency, FOW ensures every donation is used judiciously. WOTR covers personnel and administration costs separately, so your contributions go directly to the communities served.
